Tara is a Summa Cum Laude BSBA graduate of Nichols college where she studied marketing and entrepreneurship.

 

She has loved business, creativity and entrepreneurship ever since she was a young kid. Tara's passion for art and business led her into a career in marketing, and she hasn't looked back.

Before Makin' It Marketing, Tara held several roles in marketing for small businesses, marketing agencies, and a corporate Fortune 500 company. 

​

From these roles, Tara has gained ample experience in the field and brings creativity and light to every team she is a part of.

​

Tara graduated Summa Cum Laude from Nichols College in Dudley, MA, where she concentrated in Marketing and Entrepreneurship. She was the President of the Marketing Club and was involved in the Nichols Senior Advisory Council, Emerging Leaders Program, International Affairs Organization, and the Institute for Women’s Leadership.

Tara is currently a member of YPWA of Worcester and Women in Business.

​

Dylan is experienced in several areas of marketing such as: market research, SEO, copywriting and social media.

 

He is constantly looking to grow in the field and is ready for whatever challenges he may face. 

 

Dylan has a wide variety of skills and strengths in both marketing and sales and adds immense value to the Makin' It Marketing team!

He is one of the leaders on our internal marketing channels and is known for his creative dancing on our Instagram reels!

​

During his free time you can see Dylan playing lacrosse or being social with friends.

 

Family and friends are what Dylan values most and he is always looking to make someone’s day.

Justin is a Marketing and MBA graduate of Nichols College with a passion for digital marketing, web design, and overall content creation.

 

During his time at Nichols, he was a part of the baseball team and worked as a marketing and communications intern for his hometown’s recreation department.

 

He was first formally introduced to the field of marketing his senior year of high school, when he took a sports and entertainment marketing class.

 

Ever since then, his love and desire for marketing has continued to grow, and each one of his experiences has given him the opportunity to learn and grow his skillset.

 

In his free time, he enjoys spending time with friends and family, playing golf, traveling, and roaming the city of Boston with his longboard and camera.

Born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio, Ivy graduated from the University of Cincinnati with her Bachelors of Communications in 2019 and has a passion for all things social media. 

 

She found her love for marketing and social media in her first full time role at a property management company after beginning to manage the company’s social channels. During her time at the company she was a part of many different projects, from designing brand signage for new properties to helping manage the company’s website rebrand. 

 

Ivy has continued to take courses to gain knowledge and certifications and is always striving to keep up with the ever changing field. She is excited to be a part of the Makin’ It Marketing team to continue gaining experience! 

 

Ivy is new to New England and in her free time, you can find her exploring and getting to know Boston, going for a hike or spending time with her animals.

Meagan is a serial entrepreneur whose passion for Marketing is just as strong as her passion for Small Businesses.

 

Meagan completed her first Digital Marketing internship 3 years ago and has not stopped learning about Marketing since then.

 

Meagan originally found her love for Marketing when she was asked to take over the Social Media for the Dental Practice she was working for; to this day, managing social media accounts is always her favorite work task.

 

Meagan is an active member of the Facebook Group Boston Business Women and enjoys a good round of Speed Networking.

 

In her free time, Meagan hangs out with her husband and fur babies, or with her small-business/woman-owned, locally-owned company friends.
