Service Description

If we’ve met at a conference, been introduced, or you’re exploring how to improve your casino’s marketing, this is the best place to start. Before jumping into a full engagement, we take a step back and look at your current marketing across your key channels. This includes your social media presence, website, player communication, branding, and how your promotions and content are showing up across platforms. We identify where there are gaps, missed opportunities, and areas where your marketing may not be fully supporting player engagement or growth. You’ll receive a detailed audit with clear, prioritized recommendations, along with a custom marketing proposal tailored to your property, including service options and pricing, with an hour meeting to run through it all. This gives you something concrete to review internally and a clear path forward if you decide to move ahead.


Cancellation Policy

We keep these calls short and focused so we can give each business owner dedicated time and clear direction. If you need to reschedule, we ask that you do so at least 1 hour in advance of your scheduled time. Cancellations or no-shows within 1 hour of the call, or missed appointments, will be invoiced a $25 cancellation fee. Please plan to join the call on time. If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, the call will be considered missed and will need to be rescheduled. You’ll have one opportunity to reschedule a missed call. We appreciate you respecting the time set aside so we can keep things running smoothly for everyone.
